Q : What's your minimum order quantity

A : It depends on different items, normally our MOQ is 3000-5000pcs per item. if you have other idea pls contact us. If you can't meet our MOQ requirement then the extra charge will be required

Q : What's your order lead time

A : We normally need 45-60 days for production. However, please contact us for any urgent situation.

Q : Could I get discount If I place a large order 

A : Thanks for your trust first, we have our own discount policy for different order, the detail you can contact with us 

Q : Could I place a trial order with small quantity before place larger order

A : Normally is ok, every order starts with a trial order of small quantity, the detail pls contact us

Q : What's your term of payment 

A : We normally do FOB price and payment normal is 30% TT in advance , 70% B/L,  if you need other price and payment term pls contact our sale

Q : Where the goods shipped from

A : We normally ship from NINGBO or Shenzhen. So our term is FOB NINGBO or FOB Shenzhen. But if you need us to deliver from other ports of China, we also can make it. But it will be better to let us know at the quote stage.
